Sunrise Aluminum (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd has established since 1984; Sunrise Aluminum (Shen Zhen) Co., Ltd is wholly owned by our Hong Kong investor. We are an aluminium extruder registered in several counties such as Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, United States, Switzerland, France, Germany, and China. Our factory is located in Shen Zhen, Guangdong Province of China, covering an area over 65,000 square meters and invested over 18 million U.S. dollars in plant development.
Imported from foreign countries, our advanced productions equipments include the CNC fabrication, die-casting, welding, punching, drilling, coating, extrusion press (2100T, 1450T, 880T, 500T pressing power), etc. Our annual production exceeds 18,000 metric tons and we are an integrated manufacturer of aluminium products specializing in profiles like: standard or custom, architectural, industrial extrusions, and aluminium & zinc die-casting products. Our daily operating autonomy includes: billet casting, die-casting design, manufacturing aluminum extrusions, surface finishing (anodizing in variety of colors), electroplating, powder coating, liquid coating, fluorocarbon-spraying in variety of colors, thermal improvement, fabrication, assembly, and packaging. All of these processes are done on-site. Nevertheless, we also have a complete production line for producing aluminium windows, doors, and accessories.
In order to retain our products, quality from the strictest international standard, all of the daily operations including purchasing and inspecting raw materials, taking purchase-orders, manufacturing procedures, different levels of inspections, packing, and delivering all meet the standard of ISO09001:2000. Meanwhile, the internal quality control is carried out at each stage during the manufacturing processes. We have our own laboratories equipped with instruments for quality control and inspection, ensuring our quality meets worldwide clients’ specifications and requirements.
